Answers customers after hours
Somebody finds you at half past nine with a question, and gets an answer then — not a form and not silence until Tuesday. It knows the difference between a real question and small talk.
Other services
We build your shop its own AI agent: an assistant that sits on your website, knows your hours, your menu, your services and your prices, and answers your customers' questions the way you would. At nine at night. On a Sunday. While you're elbow-deep in the work.
$2,000 to build it, $500 a month to keep it running. Built by hand, one business at a time — and it never guesses an answer it doesn't have.
Day to day
Four jobs, done the way a good front-desk person would do them — not a chatbot reciting a script.
Somebody finds you at half past nine with a question, and gets an answer then — not a form and not silence until Tuesday. It knows the difference between a real question and small talk.
It asks for the name, the number, the date, what they're after — whatever you tell us to collect — and sends it to you however you want it. You still say yes or no to every one.
Your real ones — because you wrote them down for us. No customer gets told you're open when you're shut, or quoted last season's price, or sold a service you stopped doing in March.
The questions you answer fifty times a week — do you deliver, do you take cards, is there parking, how much for a small one — get asked of the agent instead of you. Same answer every time, in your voice.
Every one of these is deliberate. An assistant that guesses, or that quietly takes a booking you can't keep, costs you a customer — so we build it to stop and hand things back to you instead.
How the build goes
An email or a chat, whichever you prefer. What you do, who asks you what, and the questions that wear you out. If you've already got your website with us, we start from that.
Your hours, services, prices, menu, policies, the answers you give every day. We build the agent around that — not a generic assistant that has to be told what a barber is.
We send you a private link and you talk to it the way a customer would. Every time it says something wrong, you tell us and we fix it. This is the part that makes it sound like your business.
Once you're happy, it goes live on your website. Then the monthly starts, and we keep it honest — watching what it answers, keeping your details current, and fixing what slips.
The price
Building it is the work: learning your business, writing it all in, testing it with you until it sounds right. Keeping it running is the other half — and that's the part most people forget to ask about.
One time, to build your agent. Paid once, when it goes live on your site.
The monthly covers the whole job of keeping it on the air and telling the truth. In plain terms:
No contract to sign, and the monthly stops when you say so — the agent comes off your site and the build stays yours. Fair warning from the other side: an agent is only as good as the details behind it, and a business that changes its whole offer every week will need more of our time than one that doesn't.
Questions
Start here
Three questions, about a minute: what your business is, the tasks you'd hand to an agent, and how to reach you. You tell us, we come back to you with what we'd build and what it would cost — $2,000 to build, $500 a month after that. Nothing to pay for asking.
Or just email [email protected] — it reaches the person who builds them.
